It sounds like a very simple mission statement, but it sums up our entire ideology here at Nashville Detroit...

"Right" goes into everything we do here. We make our food in the Southern Style of simple ingredients,
taking the time to build our dishes from scratch, and refusing to let it go out the door
unless we're darn sure our families would love to eat it with us.

Our high bar is our family. Our goal is to make you food that
you and your family will enjoy, just like we would make for our own.

Nashville Detroit = Green

We get that we can't change the world ourselves, but we can at least do our part.

One of the first decisions we made at Nashville Detroit
was to try our hardest to be as green as we can.
We reflect that in things like our packaging; we use the greenest reusable packaging we can source.

Cooking Oil. We use a lot of it.
And we recycle it. Our cooking oil is filtered here daily and then turned over to be recycled
for use in things like green biofuels and animal feed.

Turning cooking oil into biofuels can provide a cleaner-burning alternative to petroleum
that reduces carbon emissions by up to 85% per gallon.

Turning cooking oil into an ingredient for animal feedstock
will help supply calories and nutrients to animals like chickens and other livestock.
